An OEM quotation lists the goods line by line. Each line states the pen model and finish, the cartridge model and the quantity per device, any roller or stamp in the kit, the carton and the manual, and the sample to approve.
The document line names the files with that quotation: ISO 13485, CE LVD, CE EMC, and CE RoHS. The sample contents are listed. The bulk order follows that sample, in the finish named in the brief.
A reply uses these line names: T9 Golden, S5 Blue, K7 Black, 540 Roller, 169 Stamp, Cartridge 7705. The quotation answers those lines.
Pen, roller, and stamp lines
A pen line states the model and the finish: T9 Golden, T9 Grey, S5 Blue, S5 Gold, K7 Pink, or K7 Black. A roller line states 540, 180, or 192, and the needle length from the spec sheet. A stamp line states 169 or 141, and white or black. Each of these is a public line with its own quantity.
The cartridge accessory line
The cartridge line states the series and the quantity per device. The series names are Cartridge 7701, Cartridge 7704, and Cartridge 7705. T9 and K7 lines use 7701 or 7704. An S5 line can use 7701, 7704, or 7705. A round nano tip is written on that accessory line when the brief selects that head.
Carton, sample, and documents
The carton and the manual are their own lines. The sample contents are listed, and the bulk order follows that sample. A reply can use the line names already on the quotation: T9 Golden, S5 Blue, K7 Black, 540 Roller, 169 Stamp, Cartridge 7705.
The document line names ISO 13485, CE LVD, CE EMC, and CE RoHS. These are the files on the certification page. The quotation can carry the scans that apply to the named devices and the named market.
