MOOKARDILANE manufactures beauty devices in China. Design, production, and the documents for review are handled in this factory.
We have been making beauty devices for export brands who need a factory they can talk to. Appearance design, hardware and software checks, assembly, quality testing, and packing stay in one process.
OEM and ODM follow the customer’s requirements. A brand can start from a pen, roller, or stamp already in the line, or ask for housing, color, logo, manuals, and cartons that match their brand. Each step is confirmed before a batch is released.
MOOKARDILANE also owns its brand and has put self-developed series into the market: powered pens, a diamond derma roller, and an adjustable derma stamp. Service is the practical kind — clear samples, consistent build, and after-sales answers when a shipment needs a follow-up.

Microneedling Pen
Powered pens for professional use. The current line includes T9 Golden, S5, and K7, each with its own housing.
Derma Roller
A manual diamond roller for brands that want a needle roller beside the pen range. The catalog piece is the 192-needle roller.
Derma Stamp
An adjustable stamp for controlled, repeat placement. The catalog piece is the 169-needle stamp.
Cartridge
A needle cartridge for the powered pens. The catalog piece is the 7701.
OEM and ODM for your brand
Private label on a catalog model, or a device developed from your brief. The factory path is the same either way.
Two ways to start. OEM puts your brand on a pen, roller, or stamp we already build. ODM starts from your brief: housing shape, color, interface, logo, manual, and carton.
Either path uses the same rooms. A sample is agreed first. Production, inspection, and packing follow that sample, and the documents you need for due diligence are shared from the file we actually hold.

How a device moves through the rooms
Molded parts, then the bench, then a carton. The photos are the rooms themselves.
Assembly and inspection
Benches are laid out for component prep, assembly, and a function check before a device is packed. Appearance, basic operation, packaging, and the order notes are reviewed on that path.
Brands who need a private-label carton see the pack-out on the sample, including the manual and the way the set is boxed for export.
Housings before the bench
Pen, roller, and stamp housings start as molded parts. Injection machines run the shells and fittings that later move to assembly. Dimensional checks happen before those parts are released to the line.
When a brand asks for a new color or a revised shell, that change is proven on the molding side first, then built into the sample you approve.
