Which devices does this site supply?
This site supplies professional microneedling pens, a roller, and a stamp: T9 Golden, S5 Series, K7 Series, the 540 Roller, and the 169 Stamp. Cartridges are accessories, and they are discussed with the device they fit.
What is this factory’s work?
MOOKARDILANE manufactures those pens, the roller, and the stamp in China. Design, assembly, inspection, packaging, and export preparation for an order are handled in that factory.
How do the models differ?
T9 Golden has six speed levels, a 0–2.5 mm needle depth, and a digital display for speed and charge; S5 Series has six speed levels, a 0–3.0 mm needle depth, and a digital display for speed; K7 Series has five speed levels, a 0–2.5 mm needle depth, and an LED for speed and battery. The 540 Roller has 540 needles in ten lengths from 0.20 mm to 3.00 mm, and the 169 Stamp has 169 stainless steel needles, a hexagonal head, and a depth dial marked 0–3.0 mm.
Can a device be used with a cosmetic product?

OEM starts from a pen, roller, or stamp already made here, and the logo, colors, surface finish, product setup, packaging, manuals, and product sets are confirmed for that model before production preparation. A sample can be discussed before production, and the schedule is set for that project.
Can a model be developed for one brand?
ODM covers appearance, structure, configuration, and how production would be prepared for a device developed for one brand. A sample can be discussed before production, and the changes and the schedule are set for that project.
What does a distributor receive?
A qualified discussion includes product information, packaging direction, and manuals. After an order is confirmed, the distributor has a practical contact for batch questions.
Do requirements differ by destination?
The inquiry names the destination, and what that destination requires is confirmed before the devices are sold there.
How is timing set?
Devices already in stock ship within 1–3 days. A branded or newly developed project has its own schedule.
What support follows an order?
A confirmed order includes a practical contact for manufacturing questions and batch communication, and the warranty wording for those devices is written into the order confirmation. Improper use, unauthorized modification, and normal wear of consumable needle parts sit outside a defect warranty.
How does an operator learn the device?
Each device is supplied with the instructions for that model, and a confirmed order can include the product manual. A distributor can ask for a short training brief on handling when the order is placed, and datasheets plus project materials are shared through the Download page once the models are named.
