What brand owners ask before the first order.
Which pens can we brand?
T9 Golden, S5 Blue, K7 Pink, and K7 Black are the models we build for private label. Each name opens that model’s page with photos and full specs. Shell color and the printed mark can follow your brand on any of the four.
Can we add rollers, stamps, or cartridges?
Yes. Rollers, stamps, and cartridges each have a catalog page, and one brief can list them beside the pen. Each item keeps its own carton, artwork, and lead time. Adding them does not delay the pen order.
Can the packaging carry our brand?
Yes. The retail carton, the insert, and the booklet are printed from your artwork once the proof is signed off. Logo placement, color, and wording on the carton follow your file rather than a fixed template. A digital proof goes out for approval before any packaging goes to print.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. We make a sample of the chosen pen in your color and mark, and your team approves it before the first run. The sample ships ahead of the production order so you can check the finish and fit. Any change noted on the sample carries into that first run.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the model and how much of the pen and carton carries your brand. We confirm the figure once we know your finish and packaging choice. A logo-only order can start from a smaller quantity than a fully customized carton.
How long does a project take?
Timing follows the model, the finish, and the packaging you choose. Dates for the sample, the first run, and dispatch are set once those details are confirmed. A logo-only order moves faster than one with custom packaging and inserts.
Can one order cover several pens?
Yes. A single order can combine two or more of our pens, each in its own finish and carton. Every model on the order keeps its own artwork file and mark. One inquiry and one quote can cover the whole set.
How are orders packed for shipping?
Each pen travels in its retail carton, packed into outer shipping boxes for transit. Freight terms follow your destination and the carrier your team prefers. Carton counts per outer box are confirmed with your order.
Can we use our own model name?
Yes. The name printed on the pen and on the carton can be yours. A reference number stays on the paperwork so a reorder stays clear. The wording is confirmed on the sample before the first run.
