A first private-label run names the finish and the carton on a model already in the range. The listed finishes are T9 Golden, T9 Grey, S5 Blue, S5 Gold, K7 Pink, and K7 Black. The sample uses one of those finishes, or a color already agreed in the brief.
Packaging starts from a plain carton. Print, an insert, and a short manual are the usual additions. A logo on the pen and a logo on the carton are separate lines on the quote.
The sample shows the surfaces that take the mark. The approved sample is the finish, the cartridge in the tray, and the carton. The bulk order matches that sample. A new color after approval is a new run.
Finishes the first run can name
S5 Blue is a silver body with blue accents. S5 Gold is a silver body with gold accents. T9 Golden and T9 Grey, and K7 Pink and K7 Black, are the other finishes already in the range. The sample uses one of these, or a color already agreed in the brief.
Roller color sits on the roller line. The 540 and the 180 pages list 24 color options. The 192 page lists a black or white handle. Stamp color sits on the stamp line: white or black for the 169, and white or black for the 141.
Carton lines beside the finish
Pen pages list a packing set of the pen, two round nano cartridges, a charger adapter, a USB charging cable, and an instruction manual. A private label run adds the mark and the carton print to that set. Print, an insert, and a short manual remain the usual carton additions, each on its own line.
The approved sample
The sample shows the surfaces that take the mark: the device housing, and the carton. Roller and stamp marks are quoted on their own lines when those tools are in the run. The bulk order follows the approved sample. A new color after approval is a new run, with a new sample.
