Lead time is quoted with the order. It depends on the model, the quantity, and whether the work is a current device or an OEM or ODM project. We agree the schedule before production starts.
What after-sales support is included?
After shipment, a confirmed order has a contact for manufacturing questions about that batch. Warranty terms are written into the order confirmation. We do not publish one warranty length for every tool on this website.
Is training included?
Each device is supplied with the instructions for that model. Distributors can ask for a short training brief for their team when they place the order. The brief covers handling of that tool and who to contact with a batch question.
